These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Youxiya, an AI-powered interactive storytelling product operated by Shenzhen Echo Universe Technology Co., Ltd. ("Youxiya," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Youxiya, creating an account, continuing as a guest, or confirming acceptance in the product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
Youxiya is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use the service if you are under 18, and you may not help anyone under 18 access the service.
4. The Service
Youxiya lets users browse story worlds, create or continue worldlines, submit actions, choose recommended actions, and receive AI-generated story scenes, character dialogue, recommendations, state changes, and audio or other presentation effects.
Features may vary by region, platform, device, account status, test group, or version. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for product development, safety, compliance, operations, or technical reasons.
5. Accounts and Security
- You may use certain features as a guest or through an account, depending on the version of the service available to you.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, verification codes, and devices secure.
- You may not impersonate another person, create an account using unauthorized information, transfer your account, or allow others to use your account without our permission.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
6. User Content
"User Content" means text actions, prompts, selections, feedback, images submitted through feedback tools, and other materials you provide to the service.
You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and use User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the technical quality of the service, and to comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate law, these Terms, or anyone else's rights.
7. AI-Generated Content
Story scenes, character dialogue, recommendations, audio, images, or other outputs may be generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, repetitive, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Youxiya is for entertainment and interactive storytelling. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content for high-risk decisions. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or trusted real-world support.
We do not use your private prompts, action text, chat records, or worldline content to train or fine-tune general AI models unless we separately tell you and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use Youxiya to create, request, upload, share, facilitate, or encourage content or behavior that:
- is illegal, exploitative, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or defamatory;
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, suicide, dangerous challenges, sexual exploitation, gambling, drugs, fraud, scams, or other unlawful activity;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, personal information, trade secret, or other rights;
- attempts to bypass safety systems, moderation, access controls, usage limits, AI disclosure labels, or technical protections;
- uses automated scraping, reverse engineering, attacks, malware, spam, or other methods that may harm the service, users, or third parties.
9. Enforcement
We may review content or behavior using automated systems, human review, or both. If we reasonably believe that content or behavior violates these Terms, law, platform rules, or safety requirements, we may refuse generation, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or report to competent authorities where appropriate.
10. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own Youxiya's software, product design, interfaces, trademarks, logos, official story worlds, characters, artwork, audio, text, templates, and other platform materials. Except as allowed by the service, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit those materials without written permission.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use AI-generated outputs generated for you within the service. Because AI systems may generate similar or identical outputs for different users, we do not guarantee that outputs are unique, protectable, registrable, factual, or free from third-party claims.
11. Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party platforms, cloud providers, AI providers, payment processors if later introduced, content safety providers, text-to-speech providers, login services, app stores, or websites. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Youxiya is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available in every region, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, continuous, unique, or suitable for your intended use.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the service, or if we are required to do so for legal, regulatory, platform, security, or operational reasons.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice by reasonable means, such as in-product notice, website notice, or other available channels. The updated Terms apply from the effective date stated on the page.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory laws in your place of residence require otherwise. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court with competent jurisdiction.
